Physician Recruitment Process
Below is a general overview of our physician recruitment process. This
process may vary depending upon the group or practice setup you are considering.
Remember that our Physician Recruitment team is here to guide you throughout

Kaweah Delta is actively recruiting physicians to the Central Valley year

Overview of Process:
- Your CV is submitted to the Physician Recruitment team.
- The Physician Recruiter will email and/or call you to follow-up on your
interest and next steps.
- A phone interview with the recruitment lead for the physician group involved
will be coordinated.
- At this point, if there is a continued mutual interest we will invite you
out for a site visit.
- In preparation for your visit, we will work with you to select dates that
work well for all parties. Our office will assist in coordinating your
travel and hotel accommodations as well as a detailed itinerary of your
day which will include a community tour.
- After your site visit, your recruitment contact will work with you on the
next steps.
