Patient Accounting has decided to temporarily close the Patient Accounting
help desk in the Acequia Wing Lobby.
We understand that access to your billing information is important and
essential; we will still be available to process your payments and answer
billing questions remotely.

Our New Billing Process: What You Need to Know
New Statement, New Look:
Your new billing statement will be inclusive of all services provided after
May 1. It will be easier to read and will allow us to provide a more accurate
description of the services you receive at Kaweah Delta Health Care District.
One Family Statement:
You will receive one statement listing all the services that were provided
to you and the dependents you are financially responsible for at Kaweah
Delta Health Care District. If you receive care at our health clinics,
you will receive a separate statement.
Account Balance and Payment Plans:
If you have an outstanding balance or a payment plan for services prior
to May 1, 2018, you will continue to make payments and receive separate
statements on those services until all account balances are paid in full.
• Statements for services provided at Kaweah Delta Health Care District
are printed in blue.
• Statements for services provided at Kaweah Delta Rural Health Clinics
are printed in orange.
Account balances and payment plans for services provided after May 1, 2018
will receive separate statements and require separate payment plans.
• All services received after May 1, 2018 will be combined and printed in teal.
More Accurate & Timely Billing:
Our new system allows us to automatically check your insurance at registration.
This helps us cut down on delays and ensure we are billing the correct
insurance for your care. Our goal is that you receive billing statements
that accurately reflect the amount you owe for services.
Extended Customer Service Hours:
We have permanently extended our customer service hours to answer billing
