Labor and Delivery

Staff assigned to this unit will be an active team member of a progressive antepartum/intrapartum unit that consists of 21 labor beds, 7 triage and 3 NST, 3 operating rooms and 4 PACU rooms. Average monthly deliveries are approximately 400. An active and progressive antepartum/ intrapartum unit that consists of 21 beds. In addition, there are 3 operating rooms and 4 PACU rooms. Staff receive the support 24/7 of Obstetrician, OB Anesthesia, Neonatologist, Pediatric Hospitalist and maternal Fetal Physician. Average monthly deliveries are 400 with a 32% cesarean section rate.
