4N Renal

This medical/surgical unit specializes in renal failure patients. Staff may care for patients in early kidney failure to assist with initiating dialysis or those that are already on dialysis but may need to be admitted for other reasons. This unit will care for patients with multiple co-morbidities and who require complex care management. Nurses will become certified (CAPD). This is 31 beds unit with patient ratio of 1:4.
