Everything that we do at Kaweah Delta Health Care District revolves around
our patients. We aim to provide care in a comfortable and safe environment,
all the while keeping in mind patient preference and delivering excellent
care. Our team is on the road to providing better patient care through
a new initiative at Kaweah Delta.
One way we do this is through Kaweah Care, a district-wide initiative,
introduced in 2009, that is designed to develop a culture of patient-centered
excellence. Kaweah Care is the driving foundation for developing an always
culture, one where engagement, ownership, and selflessness translate into
better service for our patients and each other.
How We're Doing
Patients who are selected at random are now telling us how we're doing
by taking a national survey about their recent hospital stay. The following
questions are from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers
and Systems (HCAHPS) survey. These are our results from April 1, 2016
through March 31, 2017.

(lowest) to 10 (highest)
