Code of Conduct
The District’s values and mission express our commitment to providing
high-quality care to the patients we serve. We believe that the general
public, our patients, customers, physicians and staff members have the
right to expect that we will act within a framework of honesty and integrity
at all times.
The District has established a Compliance Program and a Code of Conduct.
In terms of compliance, excellence begins with understanding our responsibilities
relative to the legal, regulatory, and ethical standards which are required
of us. An effective compliance program promotes doing the right thing
and discourages wrongdoing by providing education and ongoing monitoring
and auditing activities.
The Code of Conduct communicates clear expectations to our staff, agents
and vendor partners. These Standards are an authentic expression of the
District’s commitment to integrity, accountability and excellence.
