at TLC
Pro Shop
The Lifestyle Center Pro Shop features top-of-the-line fitness clothing and accessories. A wide variety of The Lifestyle Center logo wear and accessories are also available. The Pro Shop is a convenient place to pick up headphones (great for use in our Cardio Theaters), locks, goggles, last minute personal hygiene items, or even a new gym bag. The Pro Shop is open to the public and is designed for self-service. To contact the Pro Shop call (559) 624-3417.
Massage
A - 1 Massage and Muscle Therapy Clinic is open to the public and is independently owned and operated. Specializing in wellness counseling, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain management, individual appointments can be made by calling (559) 624-3413.
TLC Cafe
TLC Café serves a wide variety of gourmet coffee, soups, fresh sandwiches, salads, frozen yogurt, fruit smoothies, as well as specialties from the grill. The Café is open to the public and is the perfect place to catch up with friends and make new ones over a healthy lunch. TLC Café is open Monday through Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Place your order by phone by calling (559) 624-3452.
