Inpatient Rehabilitation

When you need care 24 hours a day, Kaweah Delta Rehabilitation Services gives you two different inpatient settings to choose from - Acute Rehabilitation and Short Stay Rehabilitation. Each program is designed to meet specific patient needs. For 18 consecutive years now, we have received three-year accreditation for our inpatient rehabilitation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International. Program Fees

Patients receive information regarding program fees prior to admission. Patients and their families are informed throughout their stay of any coverage limitations imposed by their insurance company and alternative sources of funding are discussed as needed. Typically, coverage for the program is provided by commercial insurance programs, workers' compensation, Medicare or Medi-Cal. Payer requirements such as severity of illness, functional needs, and rehabilitation potential are carefully assessed and patients informed of impact of those requirements on provision of services.
