At Kaweah Delta Rehabilitation in Exeter, patients will find a warm, friendly staff in a home like atmosphere. We emphasize active patient involvement to maximize function, health and quality of life for all individuals. We design unique and individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of our patients.

Our licensed staff of physical, occupational and speech therapists are trained to work with some of the most difficult rehabilitation cases. Our therapists will work with you to get you back to life the way you want to live it.

Working With Your Physician

It is important to ensure that your treatment concurs with your doctor's orders for your specific condition. With that in mind, we will work closely with your doctor to ensure you are getting the therapy you need for optimum results. Therapy progress notes will be sent to your doctor throughout your treatment.

Community Education and Involvement

Part of what we do at Kaweah Delta Exeter Outpatient Rehabilitation is to better serve our community by providing education on ways to avoid certain types of injuries. We participate in a number of community health events and perform numerous screenings at these events every year.
