Kaweah Delta Home Infusion Pharmacy provides patients with their injectable medications, supplies, healthcare equipment and patient education material in a home setting through our own delivery service.
We assist patients and their families with not only the transition from a hospital to the home, but also with medications and therapies that may not necessarily have to be started in a hospital by working with physicians, hospital staff, home care nursing and other community services. Our Mission at Kaweah Delta Home Infusion Pharmacy includes caring and serving the needs of our patients, physicians, home care and community agencies and payers.

The services of Home Infusion Pharmacy are covered by Medicare, Medi-cal and most private insurance companies. Billing services to these payers are also provided. We are a non-profit home infusion company licensed by the California State Board of Pharmacy, and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
