The comforts of home can do wonders for the healing process. Sleeping in your own bed, looking outside your window at your garden or eating at your own table are opportunities available to patients treated through Kaweah Delta Health Care District's Home Health Agency.
New referrals to our hospital-based agency are seen within 24 hours of the physician's order.
Under the direction of your physician, we can provide highly trained registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, home health aides, and medical social workers. Register nurses are also available to respond to your needs 24 hours a day.
We are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and licensed by the state to serve patients in Tulare, Kings and Fresno counties. Home Health services are covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal and most private insurance companies. Billing services to these payers are also provided.
