The Emergency Department at Kaweah Delta Hospital serves more than 80,000 patients
each year, making it one of the busiest emergency care facilities in California.
We are equipped to treat anything from broken bones, sprains or more serious
situations like heart attacks or strokes.
The department is staffed with physicians, PAs, and FNPs trained in emergency
medicine, specially trained nurses and support staff to ensure that each patient
receives high-quality appropriate care. Patients come to our Emergency Department
from throughout Tulare and Kings counties because we offer the most technically
advanced services, training and equipment in the area.
The physicians who staff the Emergency Department at Kaweah Delta are all members
of California Emergency Physicians Medical Group (CEP America). CEP America (www.cep.com)
is the largest provider of physician staffing and comprehensive management services
for Emergency Departments in the state of California. According to a recent survey
