Our Champions are the team of experts empowered to educate, communicate, and celebrate excellence throughout our organization.

Selection Criteria

• RN staff working at least part-time; Assistant Nurse Manager
• Endorsed by colleagues and nursing leadership
• Self-motivated, energetic opinion leader
• Passionate about nursing
• Committed to professional and personal growth
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Creative problem solving abilities
• Interested in quality improvement
• Represents positive image of nursing and own unit/service area
