 Dr. Zoltan Mocsary is a Neurologist and coordinator of the KDHCD Psychiatry Residency neurology rotation.He is Chair of the Kaweah Delta Stroke Committee and manages stroke care at Kaweah Delta Hospital.He graduated from Semmelweis Medical School in Budapest and first worked for the Hungarian pharmaceutical company, Gedeon-Richter. He then became a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan and subsequently, at the Yale University Department of Pharmacology.  After years of working in academic research, he completed a residency in Neurology at the University of Arizona. Since then, he has worked in private practice in various hospital and academic settings, before finally settling in Visalia. On the personal side, he is married with one son.He is a martial arts instructor, holds a 3rd degree black belt in shotokan karate and translates Hungarian poetry into English. He is an avid skier, mountain cyclist, a dedicated audiophile and an enthusiastic collector of vinyl records
