  • Why did you select Kaweah Delta’s residency program? After my interview day, it was obvious that the faculty at KDHCD were committed to teaching and creating a strong emergency medicine program. The available resources coupled with the large, diverse patient population seen in the ED were precisely what I was looking for in a training program, and I knew it would be a great fit. Additionally, being a part of the first class is an exciting, unique opportunity, and I was excited to potentially play a role in shaping the program’s future.
  • Why did you choose your specialty? I find working closely with patients and performing procedures with provide immediate results or relief rewarding, and emergency medicine provides the perfect combination of intellectual curiosity and technical skills that I desire in my future role as a physician.
  • What was your first impression of Visalia during your visit? During my interview day at Visalia, I was excited by the diverse community and abundant culture that was evident during my visit. I am excited to further explore the area come July!
  • What are your hobbies? Running, Mountain biking, Hiking, Snowboarding, Travel, My dog!
