Kaweah Delta Hospital Foundation’s Annual Tommy Elliott Memorial Golf Classic is
held the second Friday in August at the Visalia Country Club. Your participation
in the 2011 Golf Classic will assist in bringing a Helipad to Kaweah Delta Medical
Center and help ensure that critically injured trauma patients do not experience
delays in receiving definitive medical intervention.
This premier golfing event has raised over $1,000,000 to benefit patient care,
medical technology, and facility construction. The past beneficiaries have been
the Acequia Wing at Kaweah Delta Medical Center, Sequoia Regional Cancer Center,
and most recently, the da Vinci surgical system.
Named after Tommy Elliott, in honor of his service as a Foundation Board member
from 1978 until 2004, the tournament’s title sponsors are Visalia Community Bank
and the Elliott Group.
