Wendy Heatherly is one of Kaweah Delta’s top-performing RNs. She is an RN First Assistant, Urology Team Specialist and daVinci Coordinator for our Robotics program. Wendy’s enthusiasm for nursing, our patients, and the District in which she works, shines through in an engaging and positive manner.

Jon is Kaweah Care and brings our Urgent Care Mission to life every day. He is an amazing individual that is liked by all co-workers and providers. He truly believes that we must be kind and respectful to each other and our customers.

Lesa is a top-notch employee. She comes to work every day prepared to do her best of best with a smile and a chuckle. When asked, “What does Kaweah Care mean?” Lisa responded, “We are not in the ‘numbers’ business – our business is human lives.”

Letty Echeverria is a nurse who cares greatly for every person she comes in contact with. She takes extra time to establish a caring relationship with patients and their family members, as well as her co-workers. She has a listening ear, a gentle touch and a warm heart. She speaks to her patients with kindness that is genuine and contagious. She is a valuable part of the Kaweah Delta team.

Tim Snell, Coordinator of Supportive Care Services epitomizes service EXCELLENCE within Hospice. A hallmark of Tim is his compassion. As a retired pastor, his heart for people is clearly evident in his every move. He will accommodate the needs of those around him, no matter how full his day might be. He will listen patiently to the grieving soul over the phone or in person. Above his desk resides the scripture, "weep with those who weep, rejoice with those who rejoice". Tim’s compassion, empathy, patience, and a kind word in due time is a GIFT to all whom he touches.

Clint Brown is so deserving of this award. He goes above and beyond his role as a Pharmacist, and he provides the best care and knowledge to all the nurses and physicians. His expertise in medications, administration and calculations are always warmly explained to anyone who may have any questions. He always asks each nurse individually if there are any needs unmet before he leaves for the day. He is proactive with clarifications and always has a positive outlook. Clint is a very important and a great asset to our team. We are very lucky to have such a great person to share the floor with.
