NICU Clinical Educator

"As a NICU Clinical Educator, I have the most rewarding profession. We care for extremely sick babies and assist their families to work through the stress of having a critically-ill child. We form strong bonds with our families, some that last a lifetime. Although I am not at the bedside, I am extremely content by working with the staff to provide the best evidence-based care to our tiny patients. Additionally, I am so grateful to work in a community that supports our NICU and our babies with fundraisers and reunions. I truly believe there is no greater blessing than to watch our families leaving the hospital together healthy and happy."
