In
2008, Kaweah Delta District Hospital received a three million dollar grant from
First 5 Tulare County to expand pediatric specialty care for Tulare County
children. The district has recruited Pediatric Gastroenterologist Dr. Roberto
Gugig, and Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrician Dr. Desiree Rodgers. Dr.
Gugig joined the practice in January 2010, and Dr. Rodgers joined in July 2010.
