Frank is one of our best emergency room technicians. He is always
helping out and is always going the extra mile in his patient care.

Wherever she is, Tammy can be found with a smile on her face and with a
friendly greeting to all she encounters. Whenever we have had to call
upon Tammy for catering assistance she responds professionally and
timely. Without a doubt, Tammy truly embodies Kaweah Care in her work
and by her actions she provides personal, professional and compassionate
experiences to every person, every time!
Jeanette is one of our ICU Rapid Response Nurses. She was instrumental
in getting the Rapid Response Team in place, and has done a great job in
her new role. Jeanette takes her job very seriously and excels. She
does all of her work with a smile on her face, a humble heart, kind
attitude, and stays calm under pressure. Her positive attitude and
kindness make her a joy to work with, and she is extremely deserving of
Dora is a team lead for 4-South. Her leadership has been nothing short
of outstanding. Her leadership has been instrumental in the successful
implementation of several pilot projects, new clinical software and
operational changes, as well as numerous clinical practice changes on
the unit. She is meticulous and detailed and ensures that patient care
is carried out on the unit in a very smooth and organized manner.
Norman is a very hard working employee who enjoys helping others at any
time. He is a self-starter and has created the California Central Valley
Chapter of the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals, which
has been wonderful for our department as well as the Cath Lab. He is
also very likely the best in the valley as far as being able to
endoscopically harvest saphenous leg veins in surgery.
Marina is the “go-to” nurse. She is an amazing
nurse that role models her profession in both education and leadership.
Yolanda never complains and is always eager to
get things done and get them done right the first time. She’s not only has
positive and friendly interactions with staff, but her cheery enthusiasm and
kind and compassionate demeanor has a clear impact on each and every patient
she cares for.
Melissa’s positive nature puts her patients,
nurses, and physicians at ease. Our emergency department is a better place to
work and to visit because of her.
