Senior members of The Lifestyle Center, in addition to all members, have access to complimentary fitness appointments to design individualized exercise programs that accommodate health and fitness needs. The first appointment is a 30-minute medical screening where a certified medical assistant privately reviews the member's health history with them including their height, weight, resting heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose. This appointment is followed by an appointment with an exercise physiologist who designs a personalized exercise program by assessing the member's resting heart rate and blood pressure, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. These assessments and fitness programs can be updated every two months, or as often as needed throughout membership and at no additional cost.
